Claim Processing
There is no need to struggle with claim processing. We can
help you with every aspect of generating electronic and paper claims.
- You will be provided with a current Lytec claim format
- We will create a batch of claims using charges
you have entered and test the transmission to your clearinghouse
- We will troubleshoot any errors and make any changes to the Lytec form as
requested by your clearinghouse
- During this time we can also review your paper forms as well
Our
Learn Lytec site
includes downloadable claim formats and easy to follow instructions relating to
the installation and use of these format files. If you feel you need some
personal attention, please request either a
monthly or annual support agreement.
Microsoft Word & Lytec Mail Merge
In
this package we will show you how to take your Word document and use the
Word mail merge feature to integrate it with your Lytec patient database.
This will allow you to use Word to create such things as custom form letters
and patient labels. You will need a copy of Microsoft Word and a
current version of Lytec Medical.
BillFlash
BillFlash is an electronic statement
service available to Lytec and AltaPoint users. We provide statement
processing support free of charge to our BillFlash customers. To learn

Telephone Support Conditions

Telephone Support is
provided to users of Lytec 2008, 7 and 6. Versions prior to Lytec 2006
will not be supported. If you are encountering problems with your
earlier version, an upgrade to the most current version will
be necessary along with the resolution of the problem.

Requires a broadband internet connection and remote access capability.
We will supply you with our Single Click icon. There is no
software to install. No router settings to change. Just click.

Windows XP Home Edition and Windows 95/98 are not
supported.

Telephone technical support
is offered for trained and/or experienced users of Lytec Medical
Software. Telephone technical support should not be considered a
substitute for general training. There are a variety of choices
for general training.

Telephone technical support does not include
Lytec Data File Repair:
Lytec data files can sometimes become corrupted by problems with your
network environment or even through normal use of the program. We
understand the urgency of the situation and we can repair your corrupted Lytec
data files within 24 to 48 hours. Data Repair services
do not require a telephone support agreement. Data repair services are
billed by the job and can be performed on the data files from any version of

Lytec System Password:
During the installation of Lytec you are required to
choose a SYSTEM password. The SYSTEM password is the administrative
password that has full access to all Lytec menu options. For example you
may need to login as the SYSTEM user in order to add new users or perform other
infrequent tasks. If you have lost or forgotten your Lytec SYSTEM password
then we can help you retrieve it. Click

Replacement CD's
If you have lost your registered Lytec
or AltaPoint Software,
we can provide you with a copy of your software and your registration information.
Fee: $45 plus shipping.
Onsite Support
Although nearly all support can be provided
remotely, occasionally an onsite visit is necessary. Onsite support is
billed in half or full-day increments at $300 or $500 respectively.
